The units were well laid out and extremely pleasant in addition to wifi.

Loved my fairly nice stay for both solo travellers and families. I had economy studio that also was complete with a minimalistic kitchenette, water bottles, for instance. The location was wonderful and comfortable, near a bus station.

It was in a great location, near a bus station. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Moshiko Falafel to relax and grab some food.

Location: the hotel was so close to Old City, Israel Museum, and many other attractions, and central bus station by tram. I often went to Pisgat Hafalafel to pick up some food. My economy studio was recently renovated and air conditioned.

Every visit to Jerusalem we like to stay here. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling.

The room itself was well laid out and with twin beds and balcony, as for instance. The personnel were excellent.

It had marvellous and incredible location with access to Ben Yehuda Street nearby. The room we got was new-fashioned and the personnel was courteous.

As older guests, we really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff at the hotel. They were kind and accommodating, storing our luggage securely and providing us with the after hours code. The front office being staffed 24/7 was also a huge plus. The location was great, with a 15-minute walk to the Old City and a nearby trolley stop. We loved the two complimentary bottles of water and the well-equipped kitchen in our spacious and clean room. The front desk staff were multilingual and very knowledgeable, providing helpful advice on banking, shopping, tours, and transportation. The double windows in our room kept the street noise at bay, and we enjoyed people-watching from our balcony. The hotel also had a reliable and fast WiFi connection, which was always a bonus.

Felt spoiled, nothing to complain about.
